Workshop Operator

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Workshop Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role you will help produce the company’s products while meeting quality, cost and waste targets. The position works under moderate supervision in a local workshop environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manufacture products according to production specifications, schedules, volume and quality standards.
• Operate machines and production equipment safely following written instructions.
• Load raw materials into machines efficiently and timely.
• Remove, pack and sort raw materials or finished goods.
• Collect and dispose of waste in line with waste removal and recycling policies.
• Clean production equipment and work areas to maintain health and safety compliance.
• Communicate information that may require explanation or interpretation.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Basic knowledge of job procedures and tools acquired through work experience.
• Ability to work under moderate supervision and follow standard procedures.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
