Workday Engineer, Associate (HCM)

About the role

Deutsche Bank is looking for a Workday HCM consultant (Associate level) based in Bangalore, India, with more than 3 years of experience in Workday HCM, integrations, time tracking and absence. The person designs, delivers and optimises Workday solutions, advises business stakeholders and leads complex integrations and support tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and support Workday payroll integrations, including core, cross-functional and third-party application integrations
• Lead integration architecture discussions with internal and external systems
• Monitor, troubleshoot and optimise integration performance, and ensure secure and compliant data exchanges
• Configure Absence Rules; working knowledge of Workday Time Tracking is preferred
• Manage support activities and implement systems for new countries
• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and workflows, using critical judgment on data and AI outputs

Required profile

• At least three years of experience with Workday HCM in a configurator role
• Five years of overall experience in the IT industry
• Strong understanding of Core HR, Payroll Integrations and Absence
• Experience with time tracking preferred
