Senior Full Stack Developer (Network Management System)

About the role

The Network Services Automation team is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer (Network Management System) to join its Pune-based team. The team is new and aims to deliver network automation that speeds time to market, reduces operational costs and increases productivity. The role sits within the broader network automation services offering.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the overall strategic direction and roadmaps of the team.
• Design solutions from end to end, using leading-edge technologies and industry best practices.
• Deliver agentic software by refactoring legacy products, shipping features and fixes and strengthening the software base.
• Lead scrum activities, including backlog building for the development and delivery of automation solutions.

Required profile

• Extensive experience developing and deploying modern development methodologies at scale.
• Experience delivering software architectures for hand-off and implementation.
• Experience creating and delivering network automations.
• Experience contributing to and delivering software architectures for hand-off and implementation.

Required skills

• Java 8+ (ideally 17+), REST API best practice and SQL optimization.
• Modern version control systems (Git, Jira).
• Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Agentic code harnesses for requirement planning, code generation, quality gates and delivery.
• Automated testing (Pact, TDD, BDD) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Some experience with legacy web frameworks (ZK, Django) and with AI tools to improve productivity.
