Wintel System Administrator – Noida

About the role

NTT DATA is looking for a Wintel System Administrator to join its Noida team. The role focuses on maintaining and optimizing Windows‑based infrastructure across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software systems on Windows platforms.
• Monitor system performance, tune configurations, and ensure security compliance in standalone and multi‑tiered environments.
• Handle daily incident tickets, perform system compliance checks, and execute backup and disaster‑recovery procedures.
• Evaluate and integrate new OS versions, drivers, and hardware, and provide 24×7 after‑hour support as needed.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in Windows system administration.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Ability to present status reports, assess vulnerabilities, and guide less‑experienced team members.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and server administration.
• Experience with hardware installation, software customization, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in system monitoring, performance tuning, and security implementation.
• Hands‑on experience with backup, disaster‑recovery, and incident‑ticket remediation processes.
