About the role
The company is seeking a skilled Welder for its steel plant in Rajgangpur, Odisha. The role involves welding, fabrication and maintenance of plant structures and equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics and welding symbols to plan layouts.
- Measure, cut, bevel and grind metal parts using saws, plasma cutters or oxy‑acetylene equipment.
- Perform ARC/MMA, MIG/MAG, TIG and gas welding on various steel components.
- Ensure all welding work complies with safety standards and plant specifications.
Required profile
- 3 to 4 years of relevant welding experience in a steel plant or similar industrial environment.
- Ability to work safely and follow strict quality and safety procedures.
- Willingness to work onsite in a manufacturing setting.

- Blueprint interpretation
- Material preparation (cutting, beveling, grinding)
- ARC/MMA welding
- MIG/MAG welding
- TIG welding
- Gas welding
