Web Designer, Developer & SEO Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Website Manager who can independently run our Shopify store, build custom‑coded sites, and drive organic growth through SEO. The ideal candidate blends strong technical abilities with a keen eye for design and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily health of the website: monitor speed, broken links, checkout issues, and technical errors.
• Manage Shopify assets – products, collections, pages, navigation, banners, apps, and integrations.
• Customize Shopify themes using Liquid and implement UI/UX enhancements.
• Develop custom websites and pages from scratch using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and relevant frameworks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, ensure responsiveness, security, and performance across devices.
• Own on‑page, technical and basic off‑page SEO: keyword research, meta optimisation, internal linking, and image alt text.
• Monitor indexing, crawlability, redirects, sitemaps, robots.txt, and Core Web Vitals.
• Track organic traffic and rankings with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience with Shopify, web development and SEO.
• Ability to work independently, diagnose issues and deliver solutions.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, UI/UX and performance optimisation.
