Warehouse Picker & Packer – Bhiwandi

About the role

Join a fast‑moving e‑commerce warehouse in Bhiwandi as a Picker & Packer. You will be responsible for accurately selecting products, packing them securely and ensuring they are ready for shipment.

Key responsibilities

• Order picking: locate items in the warehouse using handheld scanners or pick lists and fulfill orders with high accuracy.
• Packing and shipping: place items in appropriate packaging to prevent damage, following customer specifications.
• Quality control: inspect goods for defects, verify quantities and confirm that items match the order before sealing.
• Inventory management: update inventory systems, track stock levels and report shortages or damaged goods.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe workspace in line with warehouse safety protocols.

Required profile

• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend and lift items up to 10‑20 kg for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail to avoid shipping errors.
• Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior logistics or warehousing experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with barcode scanners.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or basic computer tasks.
