About the role
The Warehouse Associate supports the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods in a GMP‑compliant manufacturing environment. The role ensures inventory accuracy, proper handling, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and document incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Store items according to specifications (temperature, humidity, FEFO/FIFO) and maintain proper labeling.
- Handle material movements including put‑away, picking, palletisation, and dispatch while preventing mix‑ups or contamination.
- Monitor warehouse conditions (temperature, humidity, differential pressure) and ensure equipment cleanliness.
- Support internal, regulatory, and customer audits with accurate documentation.
Required profile
- 0–2 years of experience in a warehouse or pharmaceutical environment.
- ITI, Diploma, Intermediate or related qualification.
- Willingness to work shifts and follow strict safety and hygiene protocols.
