Warehouse Associate – Pharmaceutical Materials

About the role

The Warehouse Associate supports receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The role ensures compliance with GMP, company SOPs, and maintains clean, safe warehouse conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and document incoming raw materials, packaging, and finished goods; ensure proper storage according to specifications (temperature, humidity, FEFO/FIFO).
• Perform material handling tasks including labeling, put‑away, picking, palletizing, and dispatch while following SOPs for under‑test, approved, expired, rejected, recalled, and returned items.
• Monitor and record warehouse environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, differential pressure) and maintain equipment cleanliness.
• Support internal, regulatory, and customer audits by providing accurate documentation (GRN, issuance records) and updating logs/e‑logs.
• Load palletized finished goods onto trucks or containers and ensure correct shipment documentation.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical warehouse or similar environment.
• ITI, Diploma, Intermediate or related qualification.
• Ability to work in shifts and adhere to safety and hygiene protocols.
• High level of personal and workplace hygiene.
