Warehouse Associate – Pharmaceutical Materials

About the role

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receipt, storage, issuance of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods and maintaining warehouse equipment in compliance with GMP and company SOPs.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, verify and store incoming raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods according to specifications (temperature, humidity, FEFO/FIFO).
• Prepare documentation such as Goods Receipt Notes, material issuance records and support internal, regulatory and customer audits.
• Perform material handling tasks including labeling, put‑away, issuance, dispatch and manage under‑test, approved, expired, rejected, recalled and returned items.
• Monitor warehouse conditions (temperature, humidity, differential pressure) and ensure proper handling to prevent contamination or damage.
• Coordinate palletization, prepare shipment documentation and load palletized finished goods onto vehicles or containers.
• Update routine activities in log/e‑log systems.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical warehouse environment.
• ITI, Diploma, Intermediate or related field of study.
• Willingness to work in shifts and comply with safety and hygiene protocols.

Required skills

• Forklift operation.
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOPs.
