Warehouse Associate

About the role

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for handling inbound and outbound goods, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods.
• Pick products according to customer or order requirements.
• Pack and label products for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks safely.
• Move materials using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or authorized forklifts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform stock counts.
• Organize and store products in correct locations.
• Follow workplace safety and warehouse procedures.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Check products for damage or quality issues.
• Use barcode scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Prepare orders for dispatch and meet daily productivity targets.
• Report damaged goods, missing inventory, or equipment problems to supervisors.

Required profile

• Physical stamina and ability to lift/move items.
• Attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Teamwork and time‑management skills.
• Basic computer and scanner proficiency.

Required skills

• Barcode scanner operation.
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) usage.
• Basic computer skills.
• Forklift operation (when authorized).
