Warehouse Associate – GMP Compliant Technician

About the role

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and maintaining warehouse equipment in compliance with GMP and company SOPs.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Ensure proper storage according to material specifications, including temperature, humidity, and FEFO/FIFO rotation.
• Document goods receipt notes, material issuance, and dispatch to support audits.
• Perform material handling tasks such as labeling, put‑away, issuance, and dispatch following SOPs.
• Manage under‑test, approved, expired, rejected, recalled, and returned materials per procedures.
• Monitor warehouse environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, differential pressure) to prevent contamination.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards, including proper palletization and loading of finished goods for shipment.
• Update routine activities in the warehouse log/e‑log system.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical warehouse or similar environment.
• ITI, Diploma, Intermediate or related qualification.
• Ability to work in shifts and comply with safety and hygiene protocols.
• High level of personal and workplace hygiene and GMP compliance.

Required skills

• Forklift operation.
• Use of warehouse management software (log/e‑log) for activity tracking.
