About the role
The Hyatt Centric Hebbal in Bangalore is seeking a friendly and professional Waitress to join its Food & Beverage team. You will be the face of the restaurant, delivering consistent, high-quality service to guests and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, present menus, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve meals and drinks efficiently, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations, including table settings and service areas.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues to maximize satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order delivery.
Required profile
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel or restaurant operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Professional appearance and a courteous attitude.
Required skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math for handling payments.
