About the role
We are looking for a friendly and professional Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Hyatt Centric Juhu in Mumbai. In this role you will deliver a consistent, high‑quality service experience to guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.
Key responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and dietary requirements.
- Ensure tables are set up correctly and maintain cleanliness of the service area.
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly to maximise satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate orders and timing.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum two years of experience in hotel or restaurant operations.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
