Virtual Relationship Manager – B2B Telesales Intern

About the role

InsuranceDekho is seeking a motivated Virtual Relationship Manager intern to support its B2B telesales operations. This remote position offers hands‑on experience in insurance distribution, partner management, and customer service within a fast‑growing insurtech startup.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with potential POSP (Partner of Sales Person) agents and onboard them.
• Service existing POSP partners to drive sales growth and achieve monthly targets.
• Handle customer inquiries promptly and ensure satisfactory resolution.
• Coordinate with the Girnar Insurance head‑office team for smooth execution of sales and operations processes.
• Create offline training and servicing processes for POSP partners.
• Track and report sales performance against targets.

Required profile

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in any stream.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; additional local language is a plus.
• Highly motivated, able to work independently and take ownership of channel growth.
• Willingness to work hard in a challenging, fast‑growth environment.
