About the role
We are looking for a motivated Domestic Telecaller to join our team near the Tollygunge area. The role focuses on outbound calling, lead generation and providing clear information about our services to potential customers. You will work closely with the sales team to turn inquiries into qualified opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain company services and offers in a clear, professional manner.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Generate leads, follow up with interested prospects, and maintain daily call logs.
- Coordinate with the sales team to hand over qualified leads.
Required profile
- Good communication skills in Hindi and Bengali; basic English is a plus.
- Confident, polite telephone manner.
- Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling, BPO or sales experience is advantageous.
Required skills
- Basic computer knowledge.
What we offer
- Full‑time employment with a salary range of ₹10,000 – ₹13,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance.
