Video Producer – Pre‑Production Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Video Producer to lead the full lifecycle of video projects, from concept to final delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pre‑production within top advertising, design, or marketing agencies and will be responsible for creating compelling visual stories that align with our business and marketing goals.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business and campaign requirements into video concepts, scripts, storyboards, and shot breakdowns.
• Plan production schedules, locations, equipment, budgets, and allocate resources.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, production houses, talent, and vendors to secure approvals and logistics.
• Manage end‑to‑end video shoots, directing crews and ensuring brand‑consistent storytelling.
• Oversee post‑production processes including editing, color correction, sound design, motion graphics, subtitles, and final rendering.
• Optimize video content for platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and internal channels.
• Maintain video asset libraries, production documentation, and manage stakeholder expectations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on pre‑production experience in video creation.
• Background in top advertising, design, or marketing agencies.
• Relevant education in Filmography, Mass Media, or related fields.
• Strong focus on concept development, scriptwriting, storyboarding, and shot planning.
• Not a post‑production‑only or video‑editing‑focused background.
