About the role
UNU AS is seeking experienced foremen to lead concrete and timber projects in the field. This key position involves steering progress, ensuring quality, and managing people in close collaboration with the project manager.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and lead work on construction projects.
- Ensure health, safety, environment (HSE) standards and high quality execution.
- Monitor progress against targets and adjust plans as needed.
- Coordinate internal routines and standards.
- Manage staffing, team composition, and on‑site personnel.
Required profile
- Trade certificate (fagbrev) is a plus.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and collaborative abilities.
- Previous experience in project work or a supervisory role.
- Proactive, takes initiative and gets things done.
- Comfortable using digital tools.
- Willingness to work away from home for periods.
