About the role
We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Engineer to lead the design and development of front axle and steering systems for commercial vehicles. The role is based in Pune and requires strong hands‑on expertise with CATIA V5 and a solid understanding of automotive engineering standards.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and validate front axle and steering system components.
- Create 3D models, assemblies and 2D detailed drawings using CATIA V5.
- Apply GD&T principles and ensure compliance with engineering drawing standards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate designs into commercial vehicle platforms.
- Support product development cycles from concept through production release.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in automotive design, preferably in commercial vehicles.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
