US Payroll Process Specialist – Walk-in Interview, Bangalore

About the role

Infosys Limited is hiring a Process Specialist to handle US payroll operations. The position is based in Bangalore and candidates will attend a walk‑in interview on 3 July.

Key responsibilities

• Process end‑to‑end payroll for US employees, ensuring accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions and leave.
• Validate payroll inputs such as timesheets, new hires, terminations and salary changes.
• Reconcile payroll reports, resolve discrepancies and support statutory filings for US, Australia, New Zealand and India.
• Prepare and submit statutory returns, including PAYG, Superannuation, PF, ESI, PT, TDS and other compliance requirements.
• Address employee payroll queries, maintain records and assist internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Graduate degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in US payroll processing.
• Immediate joiner or able to start within 30 days.
• Willingness to attend a domain assessment and bring a simple calculator.
