US IT Recruiter – Night Shift (Gurgaon)

About the role
We are looking for a proactive US IT Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end recruitment for our US‑based clients. The position is based in Gurgaon and works the night shift to align with US business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and internal databases.
- Screen applicants for technical fit, experience and alignment with job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules, maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment trackers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to clarify role specifications.
- Negotiate rates or salaries and support offer closure.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
- Comfortable working night shifts (6:30 AM – 4:00 PM IST).
- Good understanding of US IT technologies and market trends.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Canada recruitment experience is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
- Ability to assess technical skills and experience of candidates.
