Senior Human Resources Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Senior Human Resources Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for mid‑level, senior and leadership positions across key business functions. The role is based in Gurgaon and operates on a full‑time, on‑site basis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Sales, Business Development, Finance & Accounts, and Operations roles.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, databases, referrals, networking and headhunting techniques.
• Screen and assess candidates for skills, experience, cultural fit, compensation expectations and career aspirations.
• Coordinate interview schedules, extend offers and oversee joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure timely closures.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven track record in mid‑level and leadership hiring.
• Hands‑on experience recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations functions.
• Prior experience with a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm.
• Ability to independently manage multiple requisitions and drive them to closure.

Required skills

• Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn and Naukri for candidate search.
• Excellent communication, candidate engagement and stakeholder management.
