About the role

Protouch Staffing is seeking a motivated US Healthcare Recruiter to join its Dehradun office. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified healthcare professionals in travel assignments across the United States, ensuring a smooth recruitment experience for both candidates and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified US healthcare candidates for a variety of open positions.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with candidates and healthcare facilities.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to placement.
• Conduct candidate screenings, phone interviews, and reference checks.
• Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate onboarding.
• Stay current on US healthcare industry trends, regulations, compliance, and licensing processes.
• Utilize recruiting tools, ATS, job boards, and social media.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and placements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized Indian university or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in US healthcare staffing recruitment.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare job titles, specialties, and licensing requirements.
• Familiarity with US time zones, culture, and tax terminology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Self‑starter with a results‑oriented work ethic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
