About the role

The Multi‑Speciality Hospital in Amroha is seeking dedicated professionals to join its front‑office, support, and nursing teams. Positions are full‑time and open to both experienced candidates and fresh graduates.

Key responsibilities

• Receptionist: manage patient registration, appointments, front‑desk operations and phone calls, coordinate with departments, maintain records and billing.
• Guest Relation Executive (GRE): assist patients and attendants, handle queries and feedback, ensure smooth patient experience, maintain professional communication with visitors.
• Attendant: support patients and nursing staff, assist with ward movements, keep areas clean and comfortable, help with routine hospital support tasks.
• Medical Typist: type medical reports, prescriptions and documents, maintain patient records, coordinate with doctors and diagnostics, ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
• Nursing Staff (ANM/GNM): provide nursing care, monitor vitals and medication, assist doctors during procedures and emergencies, maintain nursing records.

Required profile

• Graduate degree preferred for receptionist and GRE roles.
• ANM or GNM qualification with valid registration for nursing positions.
• Experience preferred but freshers may apply for selected roles.
