Urban Sewerage / Wastewater Expert

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Urban Sewerage / Wastewater Expert to support a major urban sewerage and wastewater project in Varanasi, India. The role provides technical expertise in planning, design review and implementation of urban sewerage and wastewater infrastructure while collaborating with the client, consultants and project team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design review and implementation of urban sewerage networks and wastewater collection systems.
• Coordinate closely with the client, external consultants and internal project team to ensure project milestones are met.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering with at least 15 years of experience in urban sewerage and wastewater projects.
• Proven experience in design review, project management consultancy or construction supervision of large‑scale water infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Indian standards, regulations and stakeholder management.

Required skills

• Urban sewerage network design.
