About the role

The municipality of Saint-Jean de Braye is seeking an early childhood educational assistant to work in the Anne Frank multi‑care centre. Reporting to the centre manager, you will support children’s well‑being, development and autonomy throughout their daily stay.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and promote the health, safety and emotional well‑being of each child.
• Administer medication when prescribed by a physician and authorized by the centre manager.
• Create a reassuring and stimulating environment tailored to each child’s rhythm.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement the pedagogical project.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
• Maintain, organise and provide necessary materials and equipment.

Required profile

• Experience or qualification in early childhood care or education.
• Ability to work in a team and follow professional guidelines.
• Capacity to support children during familiarisation and daily routines.
• Willingness to promote autonomy and confidence in each child.
