About the role
Paralucent is looking for four experienced UiPath Developers to work remotely across India/Asia. The role involves supporting production automations and collaborating with the UiPath Lead.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor, support and resolve issues on production UiPath automations.
- Build and enhance automations under the direction of the UiPath Lead.
- Conduct root cause analysis and document fixes in the support runbook.
- Ensure smooth hand‑over between shifts for continuous support.
- Support Power Platform solutions when required.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of hands‑on UiPath development (Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework).
- Experience supporting automations in production environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation abilities.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts aligned with Eastern Time support requirements.
Required skills
- UiPath Studio
- UiPath Orchestrator
- UiPath REFramework
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) – preferred
- UiPath Associate or Advanced Developer certification – preferred
