About the role
The Solutions Engineer II will work within the Solutions Engineering team to support product development, business analysis, and release management for enterprise life sciences clients.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve Service Desk tickets and handle escalations from Level 1 support.
- Assist with data migration, post‑deployment testing, and building high‑availability systems.
- Create custom eLearning videos for internal use and client training.
- Support onboarding and training of Solutions Engineer I.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product development and technical operations engineering.
- Strong problem‑solving, communication, and detail‑orientation.
Required skills
- General knowledge of web application development, SOA, and web services.
- Proficiency in T‑SQL scripting and troubleshooting multi‑tiered applications.
- Experience with Windows Server, Linux OS, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat tools.
- Deep understanding of HTTP, REST, JSON, IIS, Tomcat, MSSQL, XML, C#, SSO, shell scripting, and Python.
