Tyre Making Machine Operator

About the role

Ozka Tire & Rubber is seeking a dedicated Tyre Making Machine Operator for its Pilani production site. The role involves operating and monitoring tyre production equipment to ensure consistent quality and safety throughout each shift.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, start, and operate tyre making machinery according to production orders.
• Feed raw materials, adjust machine parameters, and perform routine checks.
• Inspect semi‑finished and finished tyres for defects and report any issues.
• Maintain production logs, follow cleaning and maintenance schedules, and coordinate with supervisors and maintenance teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by minimizing downtime and suggesting process enhancements.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in machine operation is a plus.
• Experience with industrial or manufacturing machinery, preferably in rubber, plastics, or tyre environments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and handle materials on a rotating shift schedule.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
