Travel Support Agent (Night Shift)

About the role

Europe Express, part of Travelopia, is looking for a Travel Support Agent (Night Shift) to support customers travelling across Europe during critical overnight hours. The agent helps resolve travel disruptions, coordinates solutions with suppliers and ensures every traveller receives prompt, empathetic and professional assistance. Night shifts run from 8:30 PM IST to 5:30 AM IST on a standard 5-day week, with weekend and public holiday coverage in rotation; night shifts are done remotely from home.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for travellers needing in-destination assistance.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns and service disruptions.
• Liaise with hotels, transport providers and other travel suppliers.
• Arrange third-party services and alternative solutions when required.
• Keep case documentation accurate and timely.
• Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders and follow service standards and escalation processes.
• Identify ways to improve service delivery and customer experience.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service, reservations, travel operations or hospitality.
• Fluent English; additional languages are welcomed.
• Comfortable learning and using multiple business systems.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, attention to detail and organisation.
• Experience with reservation systems, CRM tools or supplier platforms is an advantage.
