Travel Support Agent

About the role

Europe Express, part of Travelopia, provides European travel experiences and is looking for a Travel Support Agent to give in-destination support to travellers across Europe. You will act as a trusted point of contact, resolving travel issues, coordinating with suppliers and ensuring customers receive timely, professional help. The role is based in Karnataka, India, on a rotational shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Support travellers during their trip and manage customer enquiries.
• Investigate and resolve travel-related issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers and local suppliers, and arrange third-party services when needed.
• Maintain accurate case notes and documentation.
• Work closely with Operations, Concierge, Sales Support and other internal teams.
• Follow established service standards and escalation procedures.
• Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and operational processes.

Required profile

• Experience in customer support, reservations, travel, hospitality or a service-based environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to stay calm and professional in urgent situations.
• Attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Rotational shifts Monday to Sunday, 5:30 AM to 8:30 PM IST, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable working across multiple systems and tools.
• Experience with reservation systems, supplier portals or CRM platforms is advantageous.

• Base salary of INR 800,000 to 10,50,000 per year plus a local bonus scheme.
