Travel Specialist – Fare Filing & Distribution

About the role

The Travel Specialist will support fare filing and distribution activities for airline clients, operating on a 24 × 7 shift pattern from our Pune office. The role focuses on maintaining accurate fare and rule data in ATPCO and global distribution systems.

Key responsibilities

• File and update fares and rule conditions in the ATPCO system based on provided information.
• Manage special fare filing tasks such as YQ/YR, ancillary services, branded fares, and Chart 1 & 2.
• Perform quality‑assurance checks in GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
• Validate fare and rule data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Identify and resolve fare or rule inconsistencies in ATPCO and GDS.
• Stay current with industry trends and ATPCO procedural updates.

Required profile

• Strong familiarity with fare pricing, construction, and world geography.
• Ability to work continuously in a 24 × 7 shift environment.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on data quality and compliance.
