Travel Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will be the front‑line representative of Legsgo Holidays, engaging prospective and existing customers to understand their travel needs and recommend suitable holiday packages. This full‑time, on‑site role in Coimbatore focuses on generating leads, converting inquiries into bookings, and supporting customers throughout their travel journey.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and follow up on travel inquiries.
• Conduct sales calls and in‑person meetings with prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and customized travel solutions.
• Convert prospects into confirmed bookings and achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Coordinate with operations teams and travel partners to ensure accurate pricing and availability.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM and relevant systems.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries.
• Provide pre‑travel and post‑travel assistance to customers.
• Support promotional and marketing activities when required.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.

Required profile

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities, including lead generation, consultative selling and closing deals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and present travel options clearly.
• Customer‑service orientation with the ability to manage relationships and provide pre‑ and post‑travel support.
