Travel Sales Associate

About the role

FabMyTrip is seeking a customer‑focused Travel Sales Associate to join its sales team. You will handle inquiries, recommend travel packages, generate and convert leads, and support clients throughout the booking process.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable packages.
• Generate, follow up on, and convert sales leads.
• Assist customers with package details, pricing, and booking processes.
• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth booking execution.
• Maintain customer records and sales reports.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
• Stay updated on travel destinations, packages, and promotional offers.

Required profile

• Graduate or currently pursuing Masters in any discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of prior experience in sales (travel industry experience preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and customer‑handling skills.
• Confident speaking with customers over calls and messages.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a target‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.
