Travel & Mobility Manager (Global)

About the role

As the Travel & Mobility Manager you will own the end‑to‑end travel programme for Circles worldwide, supporting employees in every country we operate in and wherever they travel. Based in Bangalore, you will work closely with Finance, People Operations and external partners to ensure safe, compliant and cost‑effective travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Run the global travel programme, including policy design, approval flows and platform configuration for travellers in all locations.
• Manage the Travel Management Company (TMC) relationship, service levels, performance reviews and roadmap input.
• Negotiate and maintain preferred hotel programmes, airline agreements and ground‑transport contracts.
• Produce monthly spend, compliance and supplier performance reports for People and Finance leaders.
• Own end‑to‑end visa and work‑permit processes across key corridors, maintaining a central tracker and ensuring timely filings.
• Oversee traveller safety, risk assessments, insurance renewals and emergency response.
• Support relocation cases in partnership with People Operations, coordinating movers and temporary housing.

Required profile

• Proven experience running corporate travel programmes for a multinational organisation.
• Strong partnership with Finance on budgeting, reporting and cost‑efficiency initiatives.
• Hands‑on experience with visa and work‑permit frameworks in the UAE, Middle East, India, US and Asia.
• Ability to communicate complex visa processes clearly in English to all stakeholder levels.

Required skills

• Experience with travel booking platforms such as TravelPerk, Navan or Egencia.
• Familiarity with travel expense tools and integration with finance systems.
• Negotiation skills for hotel and airline contracts.
