Audit Director Integrated Supply Chain

About the role

As the Audit Director for Integrated Supply Chain you will protect the integrity of Philips’s global assets and provide independent assessments of strategic, operational, compliance and financial risks. You will lead high‑impact audit reviews and advise senior business leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and participate in audit reviews addressing strategic or business risks, following world‑class audit standards.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with key business and functional leaders, ensuring regular communication.
• Establish risk profiles for business units through participation in risk workshops.
• Ensure the audit team stays current with Philips Learning Management Systems and other learning platforms.

Required profile

• 15+ years of proven experience in Supply Chain within a regulated industry.
• Master’s degree.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to lead audit engagements.
• Strong stakeholder management and analytical problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
