Travel Consultant – Sales

About the role

FabMyTrip is seeking a customer‑focused Travel Consultant to join its sales team in Bhopal. The consultant will guide travelers through the booking process, recommend suitable packages, and convert inquiries into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Understand travel requirements and suggest appropriate packages.
• Generate, follow up on, and convert sales leads.
• Assist customers with package details, pricing, and booking procedures.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
• Maintain customer records and prepare sales reports.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
• Stay updated on destinations, packages, and promotional offers.

Required profile

• Graduate or currently pursuing a Master’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience; travel industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Confident speaking with customers over calls and messages.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a target‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini.
