Travel Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Travel Consultant to join our growing travel services team in Kozhikode. You will be the primary point of contact for individual and corporate clients, helping them design and book personalized travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily travel inquiries and provide expert advice on destinations, itineraries, and travel options.
• Prepare, confirm, and manage reservations for flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
• Coordinate travel arrangements while ensuring compliance with client travel policies.
• Resolve travel‑related issues promptly and maintain accurate booking records.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external travel partners to deliver a seamless client experience.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a client‑focused approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of geography and travel industry practices.
