We are looking for a motivated Travel Consultant to join our team in Kochi. The role involves delivering personalized travel solutions and exceptional customer service to clients exploring South India.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in planning and booking travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and tours.
• Provide detailed information on destinations, cultural attractions, and local experiences.
• Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth travel experience from booking to completion.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and client preferences using the company’s systems.
• Collaborate with suppliers and partners to secure best rates and services.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Travel and Tourism or related field.
• 1 year of experience in travel services or open to fresh graduates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work immediately and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
