Travel Consultant

About the role

VOYE HOMES is seeking a full‑time Travel Consultant to join its on‑site team in Kochi. You will help guests and partners plan stays across the company’s network of boutique resorts and holiday homes, providing personalized destination suggestions, accommodation options, and itineraries that fit preferences and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Manage reservations, coordinate travel arrangements, and record bookings accurately in internal systems.
• Optimize occupancy across the property network.
• Resolve guest issues promptly with courteous, solution‑focused support.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of all bookings and changes.

Required profile

• Experience in travel consulting, telesales, or reservations.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills in English; knowledge of Malayalam or Hindi is a plus.
• Basic computer and CRM proficiency with attention to detail.
• Relevant experience in travel, hospitality, or tourism consulting is preferred.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related field is beneficial.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kochi, manage time in a fast‑paced environment, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
