Travel Consultant – International Holiday Packages

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Travel Consultant to design, coordinate and manage international holiday packages. You will work directly with clients to create customized itineraries, handle bookings and ensure a seamless travel experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop international holiday packages tailored to client requirements.
• Create customized travel itineraries based on customer preferences and budgets.
• Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, inbound suppliers and car‑rental providers.
• Manage hotel bookings, transfers, sightseeing arrangements and other travel services.
• Assist customers with visa documentation and requirements.
• Confirm bookings and ensure all travel arrangements are accurate and well‑organized.
• Provide detailed information on attractions, restaurants, shopping and destinations.
• Handle customer queries, complaints and service requests professionally.
• Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities to enhance revenue.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, client details and transactions.
• Utilize GDS systems (e.g., Galileo) for ticketing and reservations.

Required profile

• Freshers with a strong interest in the travel industry are welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of international travel processes and documentation.
• Familiarity with GDS systems is an advantage.

Required skills

• Experience with GDS platforms such as Galileo or similar.
