Transaction Advisory Manager – French Bilingual (Tech M&A)

About the role

Accenture Strategy is seeking a Manager to lead Transaction Advisory engagements with a focus on technology M&A. The role serves French‑speaking corporate and private‑equity clients across India, delivering strategy, transformation and sales acceleration projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or support M&A consulting projects, covering pre‑deal technology due diligence, deal execution and post‑deal integration or separation.
• Conduct client‑facing interactions in both French and English, ensuring cultural alignment and clear communication.
• Build and manage senior client relationships, acting as the bridge between French stakeholders and global leadership.
• Contribute to opportunity origination, proposal development and oral presentations for French‑focused work.
• Develop thought leadership on French market trends and cross‑border business opportunities.

Required profile

• 8+ years post‑MBA experience in technology M&A consulting, sales or business development.
• Strong consulting background with proven client‑facing delivery.
• Business development orientation, including experience with proposals, pitches and client relationship building.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, sensitive to French business culture.

Required skills

• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written), DELF B2 level or higher.
