Training Specialist – Amazon Last Mile Learning

About the role

Amazon's Last Mile Learning team is looking for a Training Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that boost employee competencies across the last‑mile operations network. The role supports new‑hire onboarding, continuous learning, and performance improvement while aligning with Amazon’s core values.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise structured learning metrics and monitor results for assigned territories.
• Manage live performance metrics end‑to‑end and drive quality and learning KPIs.
• Conduct classroom and virtual (Chime) training sessions on new processes and best‑practice methodologies.
• Develop and deliver continuous learning courses, including BQM and ITL modules.
• Maintain data analysis and reporting using Excel to support business decisions.
• Ensure timely completion of new‑hire training, coaching, and performance‑improvement programs.
• Partner with operations leaders to audit stations, verify process compliance, and close gaps.
• Identify, certify, and mentor learning coaches.
• Lead individual improvement projects to enhance overall business performance.
• Track daily business metrics, visit mapped stations, and provide regular progress updates.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience conducting Training Needs Analysis, assessing performance gaps, and designing customer‑centric learning solutions.
• Willingness to travel for business requirements.
