About the role

CompCraft is looking for a Programming & BCA/BScIT Trainer with strong technical knowledge and teaching skills to train students in programming languages and academic concepts related to BCA and BScIT.

Key responsibilities

Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on Python, Java, C, C++ and BCA/BScIT subjects.
Explain programming concepts using practical examples, coding exercises, and projects.
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, coding exercises, and study materials.
Evaluate students through practical tests, assignments, and projects.
Provide individual guidance, clarify doubts, and help students develop problem‑solving and debugging skills.

Required profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Applications or a related field.
Prior teaching or training experience is preferred; relevant programming certifications are an advantage.
Technically strong, patient, and enthusiastic trainer able to make programming easy to understand through practical coding and real‑world applications.
