Training Manager, Sort Center

About the role

Amazon is looking for a motivated Training Manager to lead learning initiatives within a Sort Center. You will support associates and managers, ensure safety and quality standards, and help the facility meet its operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Listen to associate feedback, provide timely support to managers, and act as a role model.
• Develop, update and deliver training plans, SOPs, visual aids and on‑the‑job guides.
• Identify production or scheduling conflicts and report them to the Learning Manager.
• Manage the learning department to ensure all associates, specialists and managers receive effective training.
• Identify and groom potential ambassadors/trainers for future training roles.
• Lead a team of associates, ambassadors and trainers, track performance metrics and communicate gaps.

Required profile

• Strong work ethic, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Commitment to customer service and safety standards.
• Willingness to work multiple shifts and perform various sort‑center tasks (loading, unloading, sortation).
• Approachable, honest, and open to learning from mistakes.
• Ability to take on additional responsibilities and push personal limits.
