About the role

Silver Oak University is seeking an enthusiastic Aptitude Trainer to join its team in Gota, Ahmedabad. In this role, you will help students develop logical reasoning and analytical thinking abilities, preparing them for academic and competitive challenges.

Key responsibilities

Design and deliver aptitude training programs focused on logical and analytical skills.
Assess learners' progress through tests, quizzes, and practical exercises.
Provide feedback and personalized guidance to improve problem‑solving capabilities.
Maintain training materials and update content to reflect current best practices.

Required profile

0–3 years of experience in training, tutoring, or teaching aptitude subjects.
Strong communication skills and ability to engage learners.
Passion for education and helping students achieve their goals.
