Civil CAD Trainer (Full-Time)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Civil CAD Trainer to deliver hands‑on training to aspiring civil engineers. The role focuses on practical, project‑based instruction using industry‑standard design software.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct interactive, hands‑on training sessions on AutoCAD and related civil design tools.
• Develop assignments, projects, and training materials that reflect real‑world civil engineering scenarios.
• Guide students through live civil design projects, providing technical support and feedback.
• Assess student performance, offer constructive feedback, and track progress.
• Stay updated with the latest civil engineering software features and industry practices.

Required profile

• Diploma, B.Tech or B.E. in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience with civil design software and a strong understanding of civil engineering drawings.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Passion for teaching and helping students become industry‑ready.

Required skills

• AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Civil 3D (preferred)
• Revit Structure (preferred)
• STAAD.Pro (preferred)
