Training Manager

About the role

GoKhana, a full‑stack B2B food‑tech company, is looking for a Training Manager to design, deliver and oversee learning programmes for its corporate cafeteria platform. The role will assess business needs, develop training curricula and ensure the workforce is equipped with the skills required to support the digitised food services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify skill gaps and create targeted training programmes.
• Design and deliver onboarding and induction sessions for new hires, both classroom and virtual.
• Develop learning materials and product‑based training across geographies and departments.
• Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and training impact surveys.
• Collaborate with management to align training initiatives with company objectives.
• Continuously research and apply modern corporate training techniques.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred).
• 8‑10 years of proven experience as a trainer.
• Experience creating training modules and delivering classroom and virtual sessions.
• Track record of training multiple departments and functions within an organization.
• Strong knowledge of latest corporate training methodologies.
• Ability to design user‑interface elements for training content.
• Demonstrated punctuality and effective time‑management skills.
