Trainee Positions – Attendant, Operator, Clerical & Laboratory Roles

About the role

Hindustan Copper Limited is hiring self‑driven Indian nationals for a range of trainee positions across its mechanical, electrical, civil, flash‑smelter, sulphuric‑acid, power‑plant, store‑dispatch, clerical and laboratory functions. These roles are designed for fresh graduates or diploma holders to gain hands‑on experience in a large‑scale copper production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians and engineers in routine maintenance and operation of plant equipment.
• Support daily operational tasks in mechanical, electrical, civil, and specialised plant areas.
• Handle material handling, store‑dispatch activities, and basic inventory control.
• Perform basic laboratory procedures and assist in sample analysis for the paramedical category.
• Maintain accurate records, logs and documentation as required.

Required profile

• Indian nationality.
• Qualified in relevant technical or vocational streams (e.g., diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, civil, chemical, or laboratory sciences).
• Motivated, able to work in a team environment and follow safety protocols.
