Tourism Masterplan Manager

About the role

The company is seeking a Manager to lead the creation of tourism masterplans, architectural designs, and urban design proposals across India. The role blends creative design, technical development, and client interaction to shape destination experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing tourism masterplans, architectural designs, and urban design proposals.
• Develop designs from concept through detailed design development.
• Produce high‑quality presentations, graphics, sketches, 3D models and architectural renderings.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary technical teams to ensure design quality and timely project deliverables.
• Participate in site visits across India to assess project requirements and site conditions.
• Interact with government clients, stakeholders and project teams, supporting client presentations.
• Contribute to DPRs, feasibility studies, masterplans and consultancy reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in architecture and/or urban design.
• Experience in masterplanning, urban design, architectural design and DPR preparation.
• Prior work with government clients and consultancy projects is preferred.
• Strong interest and flair for tourism and destination development projects.
• Willingness to travel extensively for site visits and client meetings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design, 3D modelling and rendering software.
• Strong visualization, graphic presentation and design communication abilities.
